Mother’s Day at the Kroc: This is a new event we are presenting on Saturday, May 11 from 1-6pm. Want an easy way to spend a special day with your family? Bring them to the Kroc Center! Enjoy open swim, climbing wall, family games, and a pizza dinner. Pre-registration is required. Visit the Welcome Desk or GrKrocCenter.org to sign up.
Kroc Krew Parking Announcement: Staff parking may resume in the South (side) parking lot, effective immediately. Thank you all for helping us serve our members and guests well this past month as we worked through a number of large events.
Summer Pass Goes on Sale May 1: Can you believe summer is almost here? The Kroc Center offers a special summer pass for those who want to take advantage of the pool, fitness center, and the rest of the Kroc from May through August. There are options for adults, teens, and families — see materials that will be posted starting May 1, or speak with the Membership team for more information.
GRPS Swim Lessons continue… From Aquatics Manager Jessica Viau: “A big thank you to all the people who have been helping out with our GRPS Swim Lessons, including Bram Roberts, Chris Reinsma, Matt Aho, Brent Wilcoxson, Tabi Baller, Kristin Hoin, Chel’le Venegar, and many more!” GRPS lessons are off for the next couple of weeks, with Brookside bringing the last classes the week of May 13.
Share the Love: Kroc Center members and staff are encouraged to pick up one of our (sort of) new window decals at the Welcome Desk, or see Jon Shaner for one. Feel free to give them to members – they are removable and are great for car windows or bumpers!
