NEW OFFICER WELCOME: Sunday, August 15 was the first week of Kroc Church for our new pastors and administrators, Major Carol and Lieutenant Jack Huffman. They will not be around the building this week, but will fully start their duties leading the Kroc Center next Monday, August 23. We will have a brief meet & greet and devotional time with the Huffmans that morning at 9:00am, please join us if you are available.
FALL 1 PROGRAM REGISTRATION: Registration is currently open for Fall 1 session roster programs for both members and non-members until Tuesday, September 7. Some popular programs are coming back including more music lessons, youth ballet classes, and more. As a reminder, our Active Families promotion continues through the end of the year — the Fall 1 and Fall 2 sessions will both feature many youth programs that are FREE for those with family memberships.
UPCOMING MAINTENANCE CLOSURES: As part of our never-ending work to keep the Kroc Center clean, safe, and useful for our members, the Aquatics Center will be closed for maintenance August 23 through September 6. We’ll be performing repairs and upgrades on the pool liner and filtration systems, resurfacing the waterslide, and more. The locker room areas will also be closed during this period as we apply new floor coatings. Plus, we’ll be installing some new cardio equipment on the fitness floor soon!

REMINDERS OF THE WEEK:
- CUSTOMER SERVICE FOCUS: APPEARANCE – We strive to be ready to serve our guests through presentation & cleanliness.
- SAFETY: While we pray that such an event will never happen at the Kroc Center, we need to be prepared in case of an active shooter incident. This week, we will review this important emergency procedure.
- CORE VALUE: We value a thriving community. The Kroc Center cultivates a sense of place that bonds people together and makes our whole neighborhood stronger.
