✝️ Note from the Pastor
We are encouraged, as believers, through God’s Word to continue to grow and learn in our faith. Our desire to know God more and how we can apply His Word to our daily lives comes from the prompting of the Holy Spirit in us. God’s living Word is our guide through this life in how we can live in a way that not only pleases the Father but compels those around us to want to do the same.
Many of us know the acronym for the Holy Bible (He Obviously Left You Basic Instructions Before Leaving Earth), but there is another acronym you may not know. A friend of mine shared this one with me: GPS (God’s Plan of Salvation).
It is through becoming familiar with God’s Word that we can not only receive clear direction on how to live our lives on Earth, but we also receive clarity on how to live a life free from sin and death.
In the book of 2 Timothy 3:16, Timothy reminds us of these truths:
“All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting, and training in righteousness.”
If you are wondering how to traverse the daily challenges of the world, wonder no more. Open your Bible and allow God to show you the truths He has prepared in advance for you.
