REMINDERS OF THE WEEK: Here are some of the topics you can expect to be covered at daily morning and afternoon huddle meetings…
- CUSTOMER SERVICE FOCUS: Key #4 – Appearance. We only ever get one chance at a first impression with a new customer. How can we make it count?
- SAFETY: Emergency preparedness – Seconds count in an emergency. Knowing where things are located near your department is crucial, including emergency exits, shelter areas, fire extinguishers, and AEDs.
- CORE VALUE: We value a Kroc Krew that is committed, caring and engaged. The Kroc Center’s employees and volunteers consistently demonstrate radical hospitality and a desire for continual improvement.
OPEN POSITIONS: Visit the Central Territory’s ADP Recruitment system for all job postings and to submit applications online. We appreciate you sharing opportunities with friends and family! Current openings include: Fitness Manager (internal posting only at this time); Lifeguard; Operations Administrative Assistant; Group Exercise Instructor.
