BOULDERING WALL: The holds and safety mats have been replaced on the small bouldering wall across from the Welcome Desk. This area is now open for use, but please help remind our members about these important safety guidelines:
- A maximum of three (3) climbers at a time
- Please stay within the bouldering area (directly above the mats)
- A climber may not boulder above or below any other climber
The belay system for the main climbing wall is in the process of being recertified for safe operation. Watch for more information in the near future!
BLACK HISTORY MONTH: Kevin Chilton, our Child Watch Lead will be in the lobby this month with a resource table on Black History. Kevin has researched materials and books for all ages so we can continue to educate ourselves, families, and the community about Black history and how equity and social justice can take place. Be sure to stop by his table from 4:30-6:30pm on February 15th, 17th, 22nd. and 24th.

W2 FORMS: W-2 forms for the 2021 tax year are now available in your ADP account and in the process of being mailed out. To find them in ADP, click the “Pay” tile, then scroll down to “Tax Statements.” Please see Kristin Hoin with any questions.

LIFEGUARD TRAINING: In light of our current lifeguard needs, and in recognition of the roughly 40 hours of training required for new hires, we are instituting a new program, effective immediately. In addition to covering the cost of lifeguard training, new lifeguards will be reimbursed for their training time. A one-time reimbursement of $400 will be provided after 90 days of employment. Please refer anyone who may be interested to Jessica Viau.

- Eddie was building a relationship with a member by sharing his recipe for fried chicken.
- Our senior members were also grateful for Eddie who fixed the hot tub this week!
