Payroll Week Reminder: Did you approve/submit your timecard?
OCTOBER FITNESS PROMOTION: Did you know? Each quarter, Les Mills updates its group exercise classes with new music and moves to keep them fresh for participants. The 100th release of the BODYCOMBAT class is coming soon, and we’ll be celebrating during the month of October by “Keeping it 100”! All month long, the fitness team will be offering some special ‘BODYCOMBAT Basics’ classes for people to learn the moves and skills, and weekend bonus classes so more people can take part. And, non-members will be invited to take a BODYCOMBAT class for only $1.00. Please see Margarita Gonzalez for more information.
MONSTER MASH: Our most popular event of the year is slated for Friday, October 25. Monster Mash is when we invite community partners to hand out candy and information to roughly 1,500 guests as they “trunk-or-treat” through the East parking lot. If you know a business or organization who would be interested in participating, please send contact information to Jon Shaner.
BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND: After the success of our first blood drive in partnership with Versiti, we will be hosting another one on Tuesday, October 29 from 3:00-7:30pm in the Music Room. You can make appointments at: https://donate.michigan.versiti.org/donor/schedules/drive_schedule/162028. Each person who shows up for their appointment will receive two Kroc day passes for friends or family!
SILVER SNEAKERS CHANGE: We have recently heard from a number of SilverSneakers users that their insurance company (mainly Priority Health) is changing to a new fitness program called One Pass as of January 1. We are currently attempting to get information from One Pass to determine whether we will participate in their program, and then we will communicate with members who may be impacted by any changes. Please refer any questions to the membership or marketing teams.
OPEN ENROLLMENT: For benefit-eligible employees, please be watching for information about the 2025 open enrollment period. If you have questions about the benefits provided or how to complete the enrollment process, please contact Melissa Roemer.
OPEN POSITIONS: Visit the Central Territory’s ADP Recruitment system for all job postings and to submit applications online. We appreciate you sharing opportunities with friends and family! Current openings include: Fitness Attendant, Lifeguard, Personal Trainer.
Send an email to RJ Kroc if you see someone going above and beyond for our guests!

Each week, members of the Kroc Center and Kroc Church submit a number of requests for prayer. We welcome these from everyone in our community, and encourage all our Kroc Krew to lift up these requests in your own way. Don’t forget that you are always welcome to attend devotions on Tuesday mornings at 9am in the Administration Foyer; if you have a prayer request to share, you can post it on the board in the lobby, use the online form, or contact a member of the Kroc Church team.
