Each week, members of the Kroc Center and Kroc Church submit a number of requests for prayer. We welcome these from everyone in our community, and encourage all our Kroc Krew to lift up these requests in your own way. Don’t forget that you are always welcome to attend devotions on Tuesday mornings at 9:30 am in the Administration Foyer; if you have a prayer request to share, you can post it on the board in the lobby, use the online form, or contact a member of the Kroc Church team.
- Pray for our employees health during this cold and flu season.

Each week, we feature a “Note from the Pastor” and Bible verse from Captain Jack Huffman and the Kroc Church team. If you ever want to hear more about these topics, join us for Kroc Church Sunday mornings at 10am.
Building a Strong Foundation in Christ – Ephesians 2:17-22
Paul reminds us that we are no longer strangers and foreigners but fellow citizens with the saints, built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, with Christ Himself as the cornerstone. Our faith is not built on shifting sand but on the unshakable truth of Jesus. He is the foundation that holds us together, making us a dwelling place for God’s Spirit.
A strong foundation in Christ means anchoring our lives in His Word, trusting His promises, and allowing Him to shape us. Just as a building stands firm when its foundation is secure, our faith remains steadfast when rooted in Him. No trial or storm can shake what is built upon Christ.
Today, examine what your life is built on. Are you standing on the firm foundation of Christ, or are you relying on things that will not last? Let Him be the cornerstone of your heart, guiding your steps and strengthening your faith, so you may stand firm in His truth.
