Facility Updates/Closures
- Upcoming Holiday: Labor Day – September 7
- The Kroc Center will be CLOSED.
- Shutdown Week coming soon: September 6–12
- The Kroc facility will be CLOSED for annual maintenance and deep cleaning. The outdoor campus will remain open and outdoor fitness classes will be offered to members throughout the week.

- Please remember that the Kroc does not issue cash refunds. Cash purchases should be refunded as an account credit whenever possible, or a check request may be submitted if needed.
- Due to the recent card reader transition, some card payments may no longer be eligible for refunds to the original payment method. If you receive an error message while processing a refund, please work with your supervisor for the appropriate next steps.
- As a reminder, please be sure to close the door to the walk-in cooler and wipe things down to avoid mold.
