SPECIALTY CAMPS BEGIN: In addition to our regular day camp, Soccer Camp runs this week, Monday-Friday from 9am-12pm. Participants will sign in and out on the soccer fields out back. Please help direct families back to the fields if they come in the building by mistake. This camp is operated by Fellowship of Christian Athletes, with assistance from Luke Bronkema, Allison Dyke, and Jon Shaner – please contact one of these staff members with any questions.
PHOTO SHOOT WEDNESDAY: Lerma Group, the national marketing & PR agency for The Salvation Army, will be at the Kroc on Wednesday, July 13 for a photo shoot. The photos they take will be used in Kroc advertising during the next year. Make sure to wear your nicest Kroc uniforms this day! It would also be great if you bring a change of clothes (athletic wear without big logos or text), as we may want to use some staff members as models for various activities.
BACKYARD BBQ THURSDAY: Don’t forget that our next Backyard BBQ is on Thursday, July 14! All Backyard BBQs will take place from 12-1pm under the fitness floor balcony. We’ll be sure to save some food for the evening staff as well! Thanks to our friends on the EAT Committee for organizing these summer events.
SUMMER SESSION 2 PROGRAMS: This is the last week to register for our next program session. The deadline to register for Summer Session 2 Programs is next Tuesday, July 18. The Fall 1 program guide will be available soon!
KROC BLOCK PARTY: Mark your calendar for our Kroc Block Party on Friday evening, August 19! We’ll have our giant slip & slide open, lots of games for families on our outdoor campus, and opportunities for guests to connect with our local community partners. Help us spread the word by sharing our Facebook event.
