Send an email to RJ Kroc if you see someone going above and beyond for our guests! Here are some examples observed recently:

  •  A bunch of lifeguards came back from Thanksgiving break to cover for the guards that have worked a ton of hours and allowed them to spend time with their families.
  •  Heidi went with the flow from last Monday’s jam-packed BodyPump class and kept the class running smooth!
  •  Erin Conley spent extra time helping with the set-up for Turkey Burn-off the day before.
  • The facilities team did a wonderful job with setting up trees and lights in the WPAC to make the church services just a little more festive. Major Carol also extends the thank you to all the employees who also decorated the WPAC for this holiday season.
  • In Mike’s absence, the facilities team also preserved and made sure that the lighting procedures that took place last week were taken care of. Thanks to their hard work, those processes went smooth. Both staff and members are grateful for their efforts in resolving the lighting issues.
  • Chris misplaced his phone last week. However, Jim swooped in and quickly connected with IT to help track it down! Thankfully, the phone didn’t go too far and was found safely tucked into a chair.
  • The fitness department also received a wonderful note and some delicious goodies from a grateful member. The message reads: “Thank you for helping so many people to become happy and healthy! Love to all, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.”
