EMPLOYEE REFERRAL BONUS: In order to address staffing needs across the Kroc Center, we’re implementing a new referral program! Active employees in good standing can now refer someone to apply for a position at the Kroc and receive a $200 bonus. EMERGENCY CONTACTS: All employees are required to have an emergency contact listed in their ADP account. Several employees still need to update this information in their account. You’ll find your emergency contacts by clicking on your profile name (top right corner), click profile and then go to the personal tab. Please contact your supervisor or Melissa Roemer if you need assistance.
FAME SHOWCASE: The students in our FAME program are showcasing what they learned this semester with a performance on Thursday, May 18th at 6pm. For the past ten weeks, 3rd grade students from Brookside Elementary School have visited the Kroc Center once a week to focus on art, music, and dance. Special thanks to our Education Supervisor, Alyson Rodriguez for all her hard work! Please be aware that parking may be limited Thursday night as this event will increase the number of guests in the building.
MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND: Just a reminder that Friday, May 26th is an admin holiday, but the Kroc will be open. Monday, May 29th is also an admin holiday and the Kroc will be closed.
KROC-STRUCTION: The second-floor restrooms remain unavailable as we upgrade them into full locker rooms! Please direct guests to any of the first-floor restrooms, including those on the north side of the lobby or the locker rooms in the main hallway. We are working with the construction crews to schedule additional plumbing work to cause the least amount of disruption to members and programs; please watch for more information coming soon.

Send an email to RJ Kroc if you see someone going above and beyond for our guests! Here are some examples observed recently:
- Margarita and Rachel Olexa made sure all the Drum Fit classes were covered last week in Chris’ absence.
- Rachel receives another shoutout for providing an on-the-house Personal Training demo to see if a member would like to commit to a full session. Not only did the member enjoy her trial run and is looking to purchase a package, but she requested to train with Rachel again!
- What could have been a red dot moment was quickly changed to a green dot for a potential Inclusion camper. Although Camp Kroc is unable to accommodate his needs at this time, several staff members offered great resources for the family to explore and see what alternative summer program may serve as the best fit.
